RETURN PROCESS
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
*Return shipping should be started within 72 hours of submitting the return request/receiving the return label (failing of this may cause deduction of 10% from the full refund)
- Final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items much have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Visit our Return Portal for domestic returns & follow the steps
Once approved, you will receive an email with the label within 1 business day Simply attach the label and drop off your package at USPS location/dropbox Refund with label fee deduction will be processed within 1 to 3 days of receipt of your package, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been issued
